Giant Eyelid Eccrine Hidrocystoma: A Case Report

Aims: To report a case of rare giant eyelid eccrine hidrocystoma confirmed on histopathological examination and successful surgical excision with no recurrence.
 Presentation Case: A young male presented mass over his which was gradually increasing in size, leading to drooping the upper other associated symptoms. The 20x15x10 mm present lid, non-mobile, non-tender, firm. On CT scan, well-defined round oval hypodense cystic seen be originating from left eyelid. cyst excised sent for analysis. histological appearance spaces lined by cuboidal epithelium containing mucinous fluid suggestive hidrocystoma. There recurrence till 2 months follow-up.
 Conclusion: Eccrine hidrocystomas are 1-6 generally 4 mm, cysts larger than 10 rare. Larger have been described as “giant hidrocystoma.” Giant is an unusual condition that must considered differential diagnosis tumours. They can managed complete although recurrences found common.
